We want our customers to reap the benefits of saving energy because you won’t just be saving money, you’ll be helping the planet too. So some of our mortgages are designed to give you lower interest rates when you make green improvements to your property.

Green additional borrowing

Benefit from a lower rate when you borrow more on your mortgage and spend half on energy-saving improvements. Maximum additional borrowing is £25k.
