Frequently asked questions
What is a product transfer and how do I do it?
A product transfer (or switch) is moving your current Godiva mortgage onto a new deal with us.
We’ll get in touch with you four months before your deal ends, so you’ve got time to look at your options. You can secure a new deal within those four months, with the flexibility to change it if you need to.
As an existing member, you’ll have access to rates that are as good as – or better than – those offered to new customers.
Many people choose to switch because it’s quick and straightforward. You can apply online or speak to our friendly team, who’ll be happy to talk you through your options.
How do I redeem my mortgage?
I need to change my details
