Redeeming your mortgage

If you plan to redeem your mortgage, please call us on 0800 121 6162 or visit your local Coventry Building Society branch for a redemption statement. This will show you how much it will cost to pay off your mortgage.

What's a redemption statement?

A document with the exact amount left to pay off your mortgage. It will only be valid for seven days from the date it was produced. This is because the cost of paying back your mortgage changes every day.

If you're thinking about redeeming your mortgage in full but your statement is more than seven days old, please request a new one before making your payment.

The redemption amount shown on your annual mortgage statement is an indication only. It shows the amount that would have applied if you had redeemed your mortgage on or before 31 December of that year.
